Ingredients:
8 Crepes
3 tbsp chocolate sauce, homemade or store bought
1 cup warm caramel sauce, homemade or store bought
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
Directions:
1. Make 8 dessert crepes by following the demonstration in Chef Emily Luchetti's https://grokker.com/cooking/video/how-to-make-crepes/50f49a61240fd4f05d0000e1 Grokker Premium video.
2. Next warm the chocolate sauce up so it is spreadable consistency, you can use store bought or make your own by melting good quality semi-sweet chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, being careful not to burn it.
3. Spread about 1 teaspoon of the chocolate sauce on each of the crepes. Fold the crepes into quarters and place 2 on each of 4 dessert plates. Place a scoop of ice cream on top of the crepes. Pour caramel over the top. Sprinkle walnuts over. Serve immediately.
