How To Make a Paleo Protein Bar

If you’re looking for a healthy snack to eat throughout the day, protein bars are the way to go. Problem is, a lot are filled with all sorts of junk that’s hard to pronounce and probably not good for our bodies. In this video, Zac’s going to show how to make your own protein bars that are all natural, good for your body, and delicious.

Cooking Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups of almonds
2 tsp of chia seeds
1 cup of cacao nibs
1 cup of rice protein
1 cup of dates
2 tsp of coconut oil
1 tsp of Manuka Honey

Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into the blender and blend into it comes together.

2. Eat it or cut it up and place it in the refrigerator.
