Ingredients:
2 cups of almonds
2 tsp of chia seeds
1 cup of cacao nibs
1 cup of rice protein
1 cup of dates
2 tsp of coconut oil
1 tsp of Manuka Honey
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into the blender and blend into it comes together.
2. Eat it or cut it up and place it in the refrigerator.
