2 chicken breasts
2 garlic cloves roughly chopped
1 shallot sliced
1 lemon sliced
1. Place a few shallot slices, garlic, and lemon underneath the skin of the chicken. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
2. Clean and prepare the broccolli by cutting them into long stems. Drizzle olive oil on top, sprinkle salt and pepper.
3. Place the chicken on the grill and let it cook till the bottom is browned and then flip it over and let it brown on the other side. Grill the broccolli for couple minutes and make sure the chicken is done. Serve and Enjoy!
