Today we're making homemade, gluten-free, French Toast that is dairy-free, soy-free, and Paleo-friendly.

Cooking Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 loaf Paleo bread (watch https://grokker.com/cooking/video/paleo-bread-gluten-free/53ff651e866a62734a32cd04?code=x529fgzt)
3 eggs
2 tbsp flax milk (or coconut or almond milk)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
Maple syrup, strawberries, or whatever you like!

Directions:
1. Crack 3 eggs in baking pan, add the flax milk, cinnamon, and whisk a little bit.

2. Slice the bread into 1/4 inch thick and then place them in the mixture and flipping it and letting it soak up the egg mixture.

3. In a medium-high heat skillet use butter or coconut oil and brown the french toast.

4. plate up and serve.
