3 large eggs
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup milk
8 slices of bread
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup raspberry preserves
1. In a deep dish plate, place 3 eggs, milk, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Whisk together well.
2. Take 2 pieces of bread and spread your preserves on the bread. On the other bread lay your cream cheese and fold them into a sandwich.
3. Now place the bread in the mixture and then flip it over to coat both sides with the egg mixture.
4. In a saute pan on medium-heat place some butter and then place the toast for 3-4 minutes on each side. Top it off with maple syrup. Serve and enjoy!
