This amazing protein shake contains 29g of protein per serving, making this the perfect post workout drink. Low in fat, and easy to make, this shake contains a perfect balance between good fats, carbohydrates, and of course protein, making this prefect for any time, and absolutely delicious.

Cooking Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup water (240 mL)
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 cup Greek yogurt (130 g)
1 cup frozen strawberries (140 g)
1 tbsp. peanut butter (15 g)
2 tbsp. baking cocoa (10 g)
1 tbsp. sweetener

Directions:
1. Place the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
