Thanks for the information. I have looked through these and do not find anything I am looking for. I was looking for standing cardio videos. Guess I will just keep doing the ones from Ellen.

An entity called "Walk at Home", produced by Leslie Sansone and starring a wide variety of instructors, offers:
(a) a super-popular YouTube channel featuring FREE cardio walking videos that have been viewed millions of times:

(b) a paid subscription channel that costs about $70 per year and offers an even wider variety of cardio walking videos.
Ellen Barrett also offers a paid subscription channel that costs about $66 per year, but her videos on that "Mindful Movement" website are less about walking and more about stretching and sculpting. I noticed that in the recent survey that Grokker sent us this past March, we were asked whether we wanted more cardio walking videos from Grokker. I have no idea how Grokker users responded, but if you wish more variety of cardio walking on Grokker, maybe send a quick email to support@grokker.com to let them know!
