Hi - In the seven months since I began doing yoga videos on Grokker, I found the following to be very helpful:
(a) beginning with Siri Peterson Cavanna's Yoga for Beginners program FIRST. Siri Peterson Cavanna offers a very gentle pace and very lavish, detailed, smart cuing.

(b) trying out some of Grokker's non-premium videos curated from the web. When I was a TOTAL beginner, I loved these videos by Jen Hilman, Erica Vetra and Courtney Bell. You might find more videos that you like in the following two collections:

(c) AFTER getting some of that gentler yoga under my belt, trying out Grokker's other marvelous premium yoga programs for beginners, which in my view are geared toward advanced beginners with some experience and some prior basic familiarity with sun salutations. Be forewarned: Michael James Wong inserts crow pose into a beginner-level video, and both Celest Pereira and Julie Montagu teach sun salutations at a somewhat fast clip. These programs are FANTASTIC preparation for intermediate-level vinyasa flow yoga (which, after seven months of persistent trial and error, I now find to be tremendous fun) --- but for total, complete beginners like I was seven months ago, I would recommend starting with steps (a) and (b) before tackling (c). Best wishes!
