Ingredients:
4 fl oz (100ml) of Olive Oil
2 fl oz (50ml) of Red Wine Vinegar
1 & 1/3 whole spoon full of Dijon Mustard
1 tsp of Honey
1 Clove of Garlic
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
Directions:
1. Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to an emulsion.
2. Then your ready to mix into a salad and serve!
