Burgundy Wine Vinegar & Mustard Salad Dressing

This is a definite winner of a sauce with a heavy amount of Dijon mustard, red wine, garlic and honey that will have all your family and guests impressed. You can also pair this with the Butternut Squash Salad recipe available on Executive Chef Geoff Rigby's Grokker Premium videos.

Cooking Recipe

Servings: 4
Cook Time: 3 minutes
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Ready In: 5 minutes

4 fl oz (100ml) of Olive Oil
2 fl oz (50ml) of Red Wine Vinegar
1 & 1/3 whole spoon full of Dijon Mustard
1 tsp of Honey
1 Clove of Garlic
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper

1. Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to an emulsion.

2. Then your ready to mix into a salad and serve!
