Ingredients (1 serving) 27g of protein without egg or chicken, 33g with egg, 37g with chicken:
- 1 cups low-fat cottage cheese (25g)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (2g)
- Fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic glaze
- Pinch of salt + cracked black pepper
- Optional protein boost - 1 hard boiled egg (6g) or ¼ cup chicken (10g)
Instructions:
1. Scoop cottage cheese into a bowl.
2. Top with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil (and optional extra protein if using)
3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
4. Season with salt and black pepper.
