The potatoes have been mashed, the cranberries sauced; now it's time to carve the bird. You don't need to be an expert with a blade, but you do need the right knife.

Cooking Recipe

Directions:
1. Remove breasts by cutting down the center of the turkey and down the sides of the turkley's thighs. This will carve off most of the breast meat.

2. Remove drumsticks by pulling the legs out and cutting at the joints.

3. Remove wings by turning the turkey over and cutting at the joints.

4. Remove thighs with the turkey still on its back, and cut towards yourself (but be careful!). Slice around the bone and pull them out with your hands.

5. Remove any leftover bits of meat.

Happy Thanksgiving!
