Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey thighs
Salt and pepper
Vegetable oil, for grill
6 tbsp butter, melted
6 tbsp hot sauce
4 cups cabbage slaw mix
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp chopped chives
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 hamburger buns
Directions:
1.Preheat griddle brushed with a thin layer of oil to medium-high.
2.Combine the melted butter and hot sauce. Mix together 1/3 of the hot sauce mixture with the ground turkey thighs. Season with salt and pepper and form into 1/2-pound patties. Griddle burgers on both sides until caramelized and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
3.Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, chives, blue cheese, salt and pepper and toss together with coleslaw mix.
4.When the burger is done coat both sides with the remaining hot sauce. Place on bun and top with blue cheese coleslaw.
