Workout Overview:
Three Rounds - each consisting of two exercises, Perform exercise one for 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds, then perform exercise two for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds. Repeat two more times (3 total).
Round One - Alternating Steps and Med Ball Tosses
Round Two - High Knees and Med Ball Jump Slams
Round Three - Tuck Jumps and Heel to Butt Jumps
