You've worked hard this week! Reward yourself with this relaxing flow on a Friday afternoon to release tension, build strength, and head into the weekend feeling your best. Even if you've never practiced yoga this is a great place to start, and is a nice quick flow for more experienced yogis too!

Equipment

Use a yoga mat if you'd like, but if you don't have one it's not required.
