Steak Pizzaiola is an Italian classic that literally translates to steak in the style of the pizza maker. I've made the overall a little healthier by adding a bunch of veggies not usually native to the dish. I used zucchini, onions and mushrooms in my version but peppers carrots, or celery are some other choices that could work well in the dish. And adding the extra also helps to make the overall dish much more nutritionally balanced than if this were just being served with a starchy side dish.
