Ingredients:
7 oz Chopped Chocolate
1 cup cream
Directions:
1. Warm up 1 cup of cream in medium heat.
2. Chop 7 oz chocolate finely and place it in a bowl.
3. Pour the warm 1 cup of cream into the bowl of chocolate.
4. Whisk it gently together until it is smooth.
5. Let it cool for 10 minutes and it will thicken up.
