1. Cut your tortillas into 6 pieces. Heat up some vegetable oil to 360°F in a pot for frying and move on to cutting up your pineapple.
2. Cut the pineapple 1 inch thick rounds. Now check to see if the oil is hot and quickly brown the tortillas. Using a paper towel soak up the oil off of the tortillas and then coat them with cinnamon and sugar.
3. Grill the pineapple on the grill till they have some nice color. Now it's time to make the whip cream. Take half cup of heavy whipping cream, 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract, and 1/8 cup powder sugar. Use the hand mixer to mix the whipping cream together.
4. Place some whipping cream on top of the tortilla and then a slice of grilled pineapple on top.
