Pregnancy is an amazing time in your life, but we all know it comes with its challenges too. Stay strong and healthy alongside Sarah Kusch as she provides safe workouts to support you during weeks 10 through 12 of your pregnancy. Each week features two 20-minute workouts with a few minutes at the end dedicated to mindfully connecting with your baby.
