I absolutely agree with the prior response to this question.... I would also add that Chris Freytag with GetHealthyU recommends "Naked Whey" because it contains only one ingredient: whey protein from grass-fed cows. Freytag explains that Naked Whey among the "cleanest" protein powders on the market. You can find it on amazon. Good luck!
Hi Darryl, going to rock the boat and say that if you're doing the right exercises and have a healthy balanced diet (e.g. right amount amount of calories, range of foods etc.) then in all probability you're already getting enough protein and don't need a protein powder to build muscle. And it's worth remembering that protein from food (as opposed to supplements) is often cheaper and naturally includes other benficient nutrients.
