what if you never did yoga before and your range of motion isnot good?
Hello Priscilla Portis - Debbie Coldiron has made some great suggestions below. Based on my experience (& preference), the beginner series videos by Celest Pereira & Siri Peterson Cavanna would be a great start. They explain the basics without making the beginner feel overwhelmed.
