In this pose tutorial Michael James Wong will guide you through a number of fundamental yoga postures and demonstrate how to perform the poses properly. You will try out a number of basic postures; Childs Pose, Downward dog, Upward-facing dog, High Plank, and Low Plank and you will learn the proper form and technique for each of the positions. Whether you're an absolute beginner wanting to learn the basics, or have a more advanced practice and are looking for a tune up, this class has something for everyone.
