From an early age Geoff was always fascinated and interested in food. His mother always made fresh bread and visits across the fields to his grandmother resulted in a tasty treat for the grandchildren. After graduating from catering college Geoff started to build up his knowledge and experience. From a year in the highlands of Scotland he swiftly moved on to working in Swiss restaurants before heading down to Australia for a year. He was constantly being exposed to different tastes and ingredients. On his return to Europe he then worked in the private yachting industry cooking for filmstars, world leaders, royalty and the jet set. This period enabled him to develop delicious recipes using the ingredients available from all the Mediterranean ports from Saint Remo in Italy to Tangiers in Morocco. He finally bought his own restaurant in Sydney, Australia. The menu reflected all his past experience of the Mediterranean albeit with a pacific rim influence. Geoff now lives in between London and the South of France where he continues to shop for the freshest ingredients in the markets bordering the Mediterranean.READ FULL BIO
