Healthy Homemade Chicken Soup

Join Executive Chef Geoff Rigby as he shares his recipe for making a homemade broth, along with different ways to adjust the recipe based on your tastes and the vegetables you have in your refrigerator, in this Grokker Premium video.

Cooking Recipe

1 carrot, chopped
10 green beans, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 chicken breast or legs, finely chopped into bite-sized pieces
¼ cup parsley, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cups chicken stock

1. Put olive oil in frying pan and sauté the chicken. Add vegetables and sauté for two minutes.

2. Add fresh chicken stock. See Chef Geoff's video.

3. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Optional: season with chopped parsley.
