Ingredients:
1 carrot, chopped
10 green beans, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 chicken breast or legs, finely chopped into bite-sized pieces
¼ cup parsley, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cups chicken stock
Directions:
1. Put olive oil in frying pan and sauté the chicken. Add vegetables and sauté for two minutes.

3. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Optional: season with chopped parsley.
