Why buy guacamole from the store, when you can make this delicious and healthy recipe in under 15 minutes? Follow Dr. Maya Adam in this Grokker Premium video as she shows you how to make an easy and tasty homemade guacamole from scratch.

Cooking Recipe

Ingredients:
6 avocados, medium ripe
â…“ small white onion, finely chopped
½ small bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
Juice of 1 fresh lime
1 serrano chili, finely chopped (remove seeds to reduce heat)
¾ tsp salt
All-natural tortilla chips to serve

Directions:
1. Chop the onions, cilantro, tomatoes and chili.

2. Cut avocados in half, remove the seeds, scoop out the flesh and place in a large mixing bowl.

3. Mash the avocado with a masher or fork, then add in the lime juice, chili, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and salt to taste. Mix it all up and you’re ready to serve with chips.
