Ingredients:
6 avocados, medium ripe
â…“ small white onion, finely chopped
½ small bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
Juice of 1 fresh lime
1 serrano chili, finely chopped (remove seeds to reduce heat)
¾ tsp salt
All-natural tortilla chips to serve
Directions:
1. Chop the onions, cilantro, tomatoes and chili.
2. Cut avocados in half, remove the seeds, scoop out the flesh and place in a large mixing bowl.
3. Mash the avocado with a masher or fork, then add in the lime juice, chili, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and salt to taste. Mix it all up and you’re ready to serve with chips.
