Ingredients (1 serving) 35 grams of protein:
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken (30g)
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (~3g)
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 tbsp blue cheese crumbles (2g)
- 3-4 romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions:
1. Mix shredded chicken with Greek yogurt and buffalo sauce.
2. Stir in diced celery.
3. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves.
4. Top with blue cheese crumbles and serve.
