Cooking Recipe

Tips:

1. Hot Pan, sear the steak not boiling it.

2. Season well

3. Take out steak 20 minutes out of the refrigerator before cooking.

4. Sear each side, turning the meat every minute.

5. Garlic, thyme, olive oil, and butter.

6. Cook evenly by flipping every minute.
