Ingredients:
150g fresh salmon
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lemon
3/4 tbsp (10g) butter
Salad leaves
Directions:
1. Fry The Salmon
Season the salmon with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat the oil until hot, then add the butter and the salmon. Pan fry one side of the salmon until browned.
2. Bake The Salmon
Place the salmon in a dish lined with baking paper and place it in an oven preheated to 428°F (220°C) for 6-8 minutes. Check the salmon is cooked by giving it a press; it should be quite firm.
3. Serve
Plate up the salmon and garnish it with some leaves and a lemon, then drizzle some salad dressing over the leaves.
