Ingredients:
Brisket:
2 pound brisket
Rub:
3 tbsp cumin
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp ground coriander
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp granulated garlic
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp dry granulated onion
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup kosher salt
1 tbsp pepper
barbecue sauce
Directions:
1. In a bowl, add in all of the dry seasoning ingredients and stir.
2. Cut the butcher twine off of the brisket and rub the seasoning generously all over the brisket. Massage the seasoning on both sides.
3. Place the seasoned brisket in the slow cooker on low heat for 8-10 hours.
4. To serve, take the brisket out of the slow cooker and slice the brisket. Serve with bread and drizzle barbecue sauce all over.
