Ingredients:
Olive Oil
Short Ribs
Carrots
Onion
Celery
Garlic
Salt and Pepper
1/2-2/3 Cup of Chopped Tomato
2-4 Cups of Red Wine or Beer
Dry Rub:
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Ancho Peppers
Sugar or Brown Sugar
Directions:
Heat pot with olive oil in medium heat.
Pat down each meat in the dry rub be generous.
Start to cook the meat in the pot and sear it all around.
Then take out the meat and drain the black stuff from the pot.
Add in the vegetables and cook them then add in 1/2-2/3 chopped tomato for 1-2 to minutes.
After the vegetables have cooking for 1-2 minutes add in red wine or beer and let it cook down for about 4-5 minutes.
Add back the meat and the stock and water.
Cover it with a little opening and let it simmer and let it cook for about 2-3 hours till the meat is tender.
