Ingredients:
1 mug rice
2 mugs water
Pinch salt
Pinch Saffron
2 Salted lemon
½ Cinnamon stick
10 cloves
1 tsp Turmeric
Herb of your choice.
Directions:
1. In high heated pot add in the rice, hot water, and a pinch of salt. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
2. For the saffron rice just follow step 1 and add a pinch of saffron. Cook for 8-10 minutes and you’re done.
3. For the salted lemon rice, follow step 1 and add in the 2 salted lemon. Cook for 8-10 minutes and take out the lemons and chop them up with some herbs and add it back into the rice and serve.
4. For the Indian flavored rice, follow step 1 and add in 10 cloves, a ½ stick of cinnamon, and 1 tsp of turmeric. Cook for 8-10 minutes and take out the cinnamon stick and you are done.
