Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, mashed
1 small minced shallot (or red onion)
1/2 ripe tomato, seeds and pulp removed, chopped
1/2 of a jalapeño pepper, stems and seeds removed, finely minced (optional if you love a little heat)
2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
1-2 tbsp of fresh lime juice (or lemon)
1/2 tsp sea salt A dash of freshly grated black pepper
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mash up the avocado until they are really well mashed up.
2. Add in all the other ingredients and mix well!
3. Simple! You are ready to serve!
