Hi Kathyrn,
Here are some that are done in a seated position. Maybe they'll help you relax your way through the next 8 weeks.
Hi Kathryn, I don' thtink there are any with those kinds of modifications. Since, you are in one, it should be safe to make up your own modifications in easier classes. Check out my beginners series which will be slow enough to apply creative modifications. Once you get the cast off though, take it easy, and be sure to try out Sam's foot health series in addition to any PT you might do.

Kathryn, I would also encourage you to work intuitively with your body during your recovery. Here are some slow paced yin classes, which are not modified for a cast but I believe you will have sufficient time to adapt the poses around the injury. Always avoid sharp pain & never push past your comfort zone. That being said, yin yoga is good for opening deep connective tissues. In each pose, you are looking for a dull, achy stretch. The achy stretch is an indication that you are releasing harbored tension deep within the body. Hope you heal quickly, slowing things down and tuning in will definitely speed the recovery process.
