Ingredients:
1.5 lbs ground beef
2 large 14-16oz cans of Enchilada Sauce
1 large 24 oz. jar of your favorite salsa
1 can sliced olives
16 oz. sour cream
1 onion diced
2 lbs. Mexican blend cheese (yellow and white mixed) shredded
1 lb. Mexican blend or Taco cheese shredded
2 bags of tortilla chips
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef with diced onions. Smash up tortilla chips and pour into a very large mixing bowl or big pot
2. Pour in Salsa, Enchilada Sauce, 2 lbs bag of cheese, meat and onions and mix well. Put into casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for one hour. Top off servings with sour cream and olive slices
