Ingredients:
1 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp five spice powder
580g pork chop, tenderized, cut into slices
Marinate:
½ tbsp. sugar
¼ tsp white pepper powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
1/3 tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp. Chinese cooking wine
½ sesame oil
½ tsp fish sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
3g minced ginger
1 egg
2 chili peppers
2 garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
4-5 green onions, cut
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Olive oil
Directions:
1. In a heated pan add in the salt and fry for 2 minutes. Then add in the five spice powder and mix well. Set aside after 1-2 minutes.
2. Take the pork and tenderize it then cut it into portions you want to serve.
3. Marinate the pork with the marinate mixture, spicy salt, and then mix in 1 egg then let it marinate for 20 minutes.
4. Cut up the other ingredients then right before frying the pork add cornstarch to it and place it in a hot pan with olive oil. Fry 3 minutes on each side until it is golden.
5. Take out pork and fry the onions, minced garlic, and chili peppers with olive oil for 2 minutes then add in the pork once again. Add in a little more of the spicy salt and garnish with the green onions.
