Well, I don't think its humanly possible to never have any stress at all. Its part of our nature as humans spanning back thousands of years as a means to protect us from perceived threats. Its the natural fight or flight response. In the modern world we're not being chased by wooly mammoths- our stressors have just evolved. But with good stress management practices we can stay on top if it.
