We can’t always control what is going on in our lives, but we can learn to control how we respond. In this video we'll imagine different ways of thinking about a stressful situation, in order to increase our awareness of how much impact our thoughts can have on our emotional state.


This exercise is best done in a relaxed and calm environment where you can focus on your thoughts. Find a comfortable seated position, and feel free to do this exercise with your eyes open or closed.
