You may have heard the term CBT, or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy before, but what does it actually mean, and how can it help us to feel less stressed? Learn what CBT is and how it can help you to reduce feelings of acute stress in times of crisis.

Instructions

This exercise is best done in a relaxed and calm environment where you can focus on your thoughts. Find a comfortable seated position, and feel free to do this exercise with your eyes open or closed.
