We don’t always consider that our thoughts are not always facts, so today we will review our reaction to a scenario through an alternative perspective. When we stop assuming that our thoughts are necessarily true, we can gain perspective and control over our emotional responses.

Instructions

This exercise is best done in a relaxed and calm environment where you can focus on your thoughts. Find a comfortable seated position, and feel free to do this exercise with your eyes open or closed.
