Burnout is often caused by forces out of our control like work demands, other people, global events or the economy. In an ideal situation we would remove ourselves from these external pressures, but this is not always possible. In this first video of the "Beyond Burnout" series, join Dr. Catherine Wikholm and learn how to identify the common thoughts, feelings, behaviors and physical changes that are indicative of burnout.
