Mental clarity is a state of mind in which your perception is clear and you are able to organize your thoughts. For many people, stress, overwhelm, and distractions can make it difficult to think clearly. Today’s exercise is aimed at slowing down your brainwaves and bringing your mind back to a place where clear and rational thinking is able to arise.

Instructions

Find a comfortable seated position, in a quiet place where you won't be disturbed while you watch this video.
