The way that we think about things has a big impact on our mood. In this session we'll be introduced to the CBT strategy of positive self talk or coping statements, to counteract negative automatic thoughts and re-balance your thinking in times of stress.

Instructions

This exercise is best done in a relaxed and calm environment where you can focus on your thoughts. Find a comfortable seated position, and feel free to do this exercise with your eyes open or closed.
