Learn a simple breathing technique that will help you feel calmer and more relaxed in stressful situations, and be able to deactivate the ‘fight or flight’, or acute stress response.

Instructions

This exercise is best done in a relaxed and calm environment where you can focus on your thoughts. Find a comfortable seated position, and feel free to do this exercise with your eyes open or closed.
