As humans, we will always have to deal with conflict – at work, with family, in relationships, and within ourselves with competing goals and emotions. Today’s meditation will be about staying calm during conflict. Learning how to stay grounded and calm amidst this tension helps us meet and solve conflict more intentionally, rather than reacting rashly or acting in a way that makes the situation worse.
