If you’re not someone who likes change, you’re in good company – our brains are wired for predictability and familiarity. When we feel the comfort of that predictability being compromised by change, our natural impulse may be to resist, and to go back to our safe place that we can control. However as we also know, growth doesn’t happen without change, so in this meditation we will explore how to feel okay with change. We can learn how to flow with life's transitions, and help ourselves to grow into the person we’re becoming.
Start by finding a relaxed posture – this could be sitting, lying down, or even standing. If it feels comfortable, you can close your eyes.
