Cory guides you in a relaxing meditation using the breath to calm the body and the mind. When we breathe deeply, we quickly settle our nervous system, which allows us to feel more relaxed, open, and patient. We’ll practice a few different breathing techniques to help us stay calm in difficult moments.

Instructions

Start by finding a relaxed posture – this could be sitting, lying down, or even standing. If it feels comfortable, you can close your eyes.
