In the first half of "Beyond Burnout," learn techniques to recover if you're currently experiencing burnout. In this session Dr. Catherine will guide you through a deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation exercise. These techniques can be used during times of stress and overwhelm, or or to help you transition between work and home.


This exercise is best done in a relaxed and calm environment where you can focus on your thoughts. Find a comfortable seated position, and feel free to do this exercise with your eyes open or closed.
