We've learned a number of CBT strategies to reduce feelings of stress throughout this program. Before we part ways, let's review some key learnings from CBT that we can use on an ongoing basis in our lives.

Instructions

This exercise is best done in a relaxed and calm environment where you can focus on your thoughts. Find a comfortable seated position, and feel free to do this exercise with your eyes open or closed.
