In today’s session we'll look at how we can further counteract negative automatic thoughts that often arise at times of stress, using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy technique known as Thought Challenging.

Instructions

This exercise is best done in a relaxed and calm environment where you can focus on your thoughts. Find a comfortable seated position, and feel free to do this exercise with your eyes open or closed.
