Although we can't always remove ourselves from stressors that are leading us to burn out, we can take steps to build resilience against burnout. In this video you'll learn simple Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques for building mental resilience. With these tools you'll discover that you are able to better navigate daily stressors and have the strength to cope when challenges arise.

Instructions

This exercise is best done in a relaxed and calm environment where you can focus on your thoughts. Find a comfortable seated position, and feel free to do this exercise with your eyes open or closed.
