Recovery from burnout is a slow journey, not a quick dash to a finish line. Slowing down our lives can feel challenging, especially if you're rushing through life on autopilot, but by slowing down you actually speed up the process of healing and recovery. This session will focus on simple, practical ways to be more present in your daily life, and slowing down to appreciate the simple pleasures and happy moments.

Instructions

This exercise is best done in a relaxed and calm environment where you can focus on your thoughts. Find a comfortable seated position, and feel free to do this exercise with your eyes open or closed.
